1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bajeeh platform and all its services. By visiting the bajeeh website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms.

bajeeh is an online gaming platform that provides live casino games, slots, cricket betting, and other entertainment gaming experiences for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and bajeeh.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

• Managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

To use the bajeeh platform you must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age at the time of registration and at any point thereafter.

For age verification we may request a valid government-issued identity document such as a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Withdrawal requests may be held until age verification is complete.

Protecting minors from gambling is one of our highest priorities. If we confirm that a minor is using our platform, immediate action will be taken.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on bajeeh are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited amounts may take some time to be reflected in your account.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel it.

4.3 Currency Conversion and Fees

bajeeh does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own charges. In that case, please refer to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bajeeh offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. Each offer is subject to its own terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and wagering conditions.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Wagering must be completed before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Restrictions apply to bonus claims from multiple promotional accounts or from the same household address.
• bajeeh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

6. Gaming Policy and Fair Play

• Any bet placed as a result of a technical error may be considered void.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bajeeh reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to pass age verification or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• At the user's own request.

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Before closure, ensure that your account has no unresolved bets or pending withdrawal requests. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable process.

9. Responsible Gaming
